Program Details

The Transfer Trip utilizes activities such as rock climbing, community service, whitewater rafting and a very unique experience on NRocks Via Ferrata as a medium to allow incoming transfer students the opportunity to meet other transfer students and become more familiar with West Virginia University traditions and campus resources.

The program is led by current students who facilitate discussions about academic concerns, available programs and activities, as well as WVU campus life. Adventure Transfer is open to all transfer students, regardless of acquired credit hours. Students who participate on the trip can enroll in a one-credit course (WVUe 188).
