Habitat WV


Adventure WV partners with the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Students will spend 6 days helping to build a home, rock climbing, visiting landmarks around the state, and white water rafting on the Youghiogheny River.

This trip is $95 or less

Habitat WV Details

  • Cost $95. The university is subsidizing all trips
  • Students who are Pell Grant eligible will pay $0
  • 3 academic credits
  • Fall academic requirements: 2 classroom meetings, 3 short papers, reunion event, fall adventure activity, and a 3-5 hour service project
  • Trip size - 13 students
  • All Habitat trips are 6 days long
  • No prior experience necessary
