    Marion is originally from Massachusetts but now considers the Mountain State her home. Marion holds a B.A from Harvard University in the History of Science and a M.S. from the University of New Hampshire in Kinesiology/Outdoor Education. Her graduate work focused on "outdoor orientation programs" like Adventure WV's First Year Trips. Marion came to Adventure WV in 2013 as Assistant Director, and subsequently served as the Associate Director before taking on the Director position in 2019. Marion is a marathoner, ultramarathoner, and triathlete. She has a daughter in elementary school and a baby boy born during the pandemic. In her few quiet moments, she and her husband do the Sunday New York Times crossword and read The Atlantic.

    Originally from Florida, Kelly considers West Virginia her home. She has traveled all over the world and still believes West Virginia is one of the most beautiful places on this earth. She enjoys playing outside and never tires from the endless opportunities to do so in our state. The other reason she calls this state her home is the people. West Virginians are friendly, kind, helpful, sincere, and hard working. What better place could someone call Home?
